Low-Density Design
A key challenge with designing El Banco was to create the lowest density yet most architecturally significant development in all of the Puerto Vallarta area. Unlike other developers who attempt to “maximize” the land by building as many homesites as possible, El Banco’s Design Team has intentionally restricted the number of homes. This philosophy will preserve the natural wonders of the land and provide exceptional privacy for each and every resident.
